    In-home or office available. Includes an intake, risk factors of lactation, and charting of basic health history of you and your infant(s). Visual assessment and guidance while latching, feeding, or expressing. A pre and post weight to determine milk transfer. Demonstrations, suggestions, answers to basic questions, and counseling pertaining to observations and assessments made. $50-$200+ with varying insurance coverage for services.

  • Virtual Counseling

    Virtual visits are done over a secure portal and you will be required to make an account, complete intake forms and provide digital signatures before the service start date/time. You will be expected to have a device that is connected to high-speed WiFi/data allowing for the highest quality of voice/video. Due to the nature of the contact, virtual counseling is limited to specific concerns. $50/hr + with varying insurance coverage for services.

  • Virtual Flange Fitting

    Flange sizing is done by media submission over Google Forms. Visual assessment of media pre-sizing nipple while pumping. Guidance with a printable nipple ruler to size nipple diameter. Guidance of determining a fit and ordering your new flange size(s). Visual assessment of post-sizing flange. Brief follow-up within 2-4 weeks for re-evaluation of sizing, comfort, and output. $25+ (Must be able to download and print nipple ruler.)

  • Spring Valley, Illinois. My lactation office is located in a shared building but is a private space that is sure to make you feel completely comfortable.

    • Front entrance with stroller accessibility, no stairs, and street parking.
    • Quiet toy corner for families who need to bring their other little one(s) along.

  • Standard office hours are everyday 9AM-4PM by appointment only. Extended hours are available.

    Initial office visits are $75 per/up to the hour and $50/hr for follow-up office visits for self-pay. Insurance coverage and fee schedule will vary.

  • Milk Depot and Donor Milk. I am in partnership with the WGL Milk Bank to bring access to donor milk to the Illinois Valley. Pasteurized donor milk is available for purchase at my office.

    My freezer is a convenient drop-off location for approved WGL donors to bring their milk donations.
